The songs were created using two elements to help you fall asleep:
1. Musical: With relaxing harmonies that don't stimulate feelings of euphoria or sadness.
2. Scientific: Applying rhythmic pacing close to adult heart rate pattern during sleep (between 40 and 50 bpm, NREM stages N1, N2, and N3, based on studies published by the CDC, NIH and Harvard University).
The objective is to provide good nights of sleep and quality of life, as we know that losing hours of sleep results in a decrease in physical and mental capacity. We want you to have more energy, concentration and vitality, instead of feeling sleepy and exhausted.
